Job Title: Family Caregiver (In-home)
Wage: $23/hr
Job Types: Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Contract

Description:

I am looking for a reliable, helpful and flexible family caregiver to provide personal care and companionship for my elderly parents at home while I go to work during the day.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and provide companionship
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Assist in regular exercise e.g., walking
May perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing
Maintain a safe and healthy environment, make day-to-day life easier, safer and more comfortable to seniors at home
Assume full responsibility for household in absence of householder
Handle the grocery shopping occasionally

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent
Completion of a training program in care of the elderly is required
First aid certification is required
Character reference and Criminal Record Check
