We are looking for a full-time public relations manager with rich experience and outstanding interpersonal communication skills in market public relations to help us establish our public media channels and maintain the company image.

Job duties:
1. Develop public relations strategic targets and planning to shape positive public perception of our company and boost brand communication.
2. Monitor market trends and reorient the focus of public relations initiatives based on the market and company needs.
3. Plan, budget and implement public relations campaigns, evaluate the impacts and outcomes and suggest improvements.
4. Formulate long-term and short-term work plans and guide and supervise the performance of the public relations staff.
5. Oversee the design and preparation of high-quality corporate publicity brochures, leaflets, and other media promotional materials.
6. Manage company image, develop prevention plans for possible risks or problems, and take prompt action in public relations crisis to minimize loss.
7. Establish and maintain positive media relationships and regularly expand our media channels and resources to achieve optimal media placements.
8. Enhance and enrich the corporate culture to align with the company’s core values and development strategy.
9. May assist in formulating our marketing-related regulations and processes.
10. May co-organize marketing events with business partners to explore and create business development opportunities.

Required languages: English

Education level: Bachelor's degree in media, journalism, public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field is required.

Required skills: At least three years of experience in public relations, advertising, communications, or a related field is required.

Additional skills / Assets: A creative and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of social media best practices; Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills; Organizational skills with the ability to establish and prioritize multiple tasks; Strong leadership with experience in developing insight-driven communications strategies; Teamwork & Decision-making & Problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
