Working hours: 30hrs ~ 40hrs/week
Number of Positions: 5
Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Job Duties:
• Cut, bone and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry.
• Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats and poultry.
• Manage inventory of meat records and determine account, product freshness according to company requirements.
• Make sure food storage condition are adequate at the required temperature.

Skill Requirements:
Education: no formal education is require, but completion of high school is preferred.
Experience: No formal experience is required as on the job training is provided. Related work experience as a meat cutter is an asset.
