Job Duties:
– prepare and cook high quality of traditional style Korean dishes and side dishes from the menu
– Preapare and cook special foods for customers with food allergies or intolerance
– Plan menus and determine size of food protions, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kirtchen utensils and equipment
– Check and store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
Inspect Kitchens and food service areas
– Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients and supplies
– Clean Kitchen and work areas

Requirement:
Education: Completion of High school
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in cooking experience is required.
