Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time available)
Hours of work: 30 -40 hours per week
Wage: $18.00/hour
Number of Position: 3
Benefits: 4% of gross salary OR 10days paid vacation

Job Duties:

• Prepare dough and bake various baked goods
• Develop recipes for bread and pastries
• Ensure quality of products, meet established standards
• Bake mixed doughs and batters for pastries
• Bake, decorate and frost cakes or other bread
• Check production schedule to determine type and quantity of bread to produce

Job Requirements:

– Experience: 2~ 3 years of commercial baking experience or completion of a three- or four -year apprenticeship program for bakers or completion of a college or other program for bakers is required
– Education: Completion of Secondary school
