Key Responsibilities:

– Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
– Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other subcontractors
– Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
– Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
– Ordering materials and equipment and assisting to obtain the necessary permits
– Assisting in selecting, orienting, and training employees
– Recommending personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
– Preparing schedules, work progress and other reports
