Cantina del Centro is looking for three (3) Full-Time Kitchen Managers (NOC 62020-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $18.00 to $21.50/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• As needed, participate in the selection of kitchen staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen work experience. Supervisory experience is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
