Job Description:

– Title: Light Duty Cleaner
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Wage: $19.00 – $ 23.50 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Work Location: 7763 Progress Way, Delta, BC V4G 1A3
– Business address: Same as above
– Hours of work: 30 ~ 40 hours/ per week
– Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Benefit package/upon completion of 3months probation (Extended Medical Insurance plan)

Job Duties:
– Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
– Dust furniture such as office desk and chairs and vacuum carpeting
– Recycle and empty trash bins
– Stock linen closets and supplies’ areas
– Clean, disinfect and polish kitchenette and washroom fixtures and appliances
– Wash windows, walls and ceilings

Job Requirements:
Education: No formal education is required.

Experience: No formal experience is needed as on job training is provided. However, experience in similar industry is an asset.
