Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Start Date: As soon as possible
32 to 40 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in budget planning, marketing plans and implementation.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Leading/instructing restaurant staff.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Recruit, train or arrange for staff training.
• Supervise staff and ensure franchise policies are implemented and followed by staff.
