JOB DETAILS
Salary: $20.00 hourly for 30 to 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Day, Weekend, Morning
Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Benefits: Long term benefits/Other benefits: $100.00/month health spending account will be given after 6 months

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Access and process information
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Arrange for billing for services
• Arrange for refunds and credits
• Explain the type and cost of services offered
• Issue receipts and other forms
• Maintain records and statistics
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Perform general office duties
• Receive and log complaints
• Receive payments
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Answer clients’ inquiries and provide information
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material

Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Electronic mail, MS Office, Social Media
