Position: Food Service Supervisor
Number of Positions: 2
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: 7 months to 1 year.
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff.
• Hire and train new staff members on job duties, food handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage
• Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
• Ensure good quality food and service is provided to customers
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed by staff.
• Prepare work schedule for staff.
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health
And food safety regulations.
• Prepare sales and employee reports.
• Estimate and order food ingredients and other restaurant supplies.
