Job Description

Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Location: 1399 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6H 1B8 Canada
Number of Vacancies: 2
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Vacation: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation

Job responsibilities:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare bakery production
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Ensure food service and quality control
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Establish work schedules

Qualifications and skills required:
– At least 2 years of experience in food service field
– Completion of Secondary School
– College & Diploma in the related field is a strong asset
– Fluent in English
