Job Description

Job duties:
1. Conduct thorough research on the residential and commercial HVAC market in GTA area, to identify trends, preferences, needs and behaviours of the customer base. Analyze the competitive landscape to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors offering HVAC service.
2. Collaborate with the management teams to develop and implement a marketing strategy tailored to the residential sector, taking into account cultural nuances and preferences of the target audience.
3.Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns and print materials,and ensure the content is culturally sensitive and resonates with the target audience.
4.Create, manage and regularly update the company’s social media profiles to engage with the local audience, share informative content and promote services.
5. Ensure the company’s website is user-friendly and up to date with relevant information, and assist in creating content including video introduction, blogs and Q&As.
6. Establish relationships with local businesses and community organizations to explore cross-promotional opportunities and increase brand visibility.
7. Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs, address concerns, and improve marketing strategies and service offerings.
8. Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
9.Regularly analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, generate reports, and make recommendations for improvements based on financial insights.

Job requirements:
University degree or college diploma. One or two -year experience in related field is preferred.
