Job Description

As the Director of an advertising company, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall advertising strategy, operations, and business development initiatives.
1. Develop and articulate a comprehensive advertising strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
2. Set clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.

Education level: Bachelors and Masters

Required skills: BACHELORS AND MASTERS DEGREE Strong leadership and management abilities, including experience in building and leading high-performance teams. Strong financial management skills, including budget development, monitoring, and optimization. Ability to use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
