JOB DESCRIPTION

-Working Hour: 30-40 Hours per week
-Wage: $15.00 per hour
-Benefit: 4% Vacation remuneration pay OR 10 days paid vacation

JOB DUTIES
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as udon, tempura, donburi and etc.
– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noodle for udon, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking.
