One of the busiest Japanese restaurants, 1188789 B.C Ltd (dba. Sushi Mori Japanese Restaurant) located at beautiful south Surrey, BC is currently looking for qualified full time cooks.

1) Position: Cook (available 3)
• Wage: $17.65/hour
• Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Working hours: 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
• Benefits: 4% of vacation pay of gross income per year, gratuities
• Job opens to Youth, Indigenous people, Veterans, Visible minorities, Newcomers to Canada, Older worker

2) Job requirements:
• 1 ~ 2 years of cooking experience in relevant area or completion of program in cooking
• Completion of secondary school
• Language at work: English

3) Job duties:
• Prepare and cook complete Japanese hot food dishes
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
