Alpha 1 Building Maintenance Ltd. is looking for a full-time cleaner. The job description is as follows:

Title: Cleaner
NOC: 6731
Salary: $19.00 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 3
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties: Cleaners perform some or all of the following duties:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming them
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
• Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Gather and empty trash and trash bins
• Clean restrooms and stock them with supplies
• Report and store lost and found items
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Keep buildings secure by locking doors
• Clean changing rooms and showers; Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment
• Order cleaning supplies
• Make minor repairs in buildings, such as changing light bulbs
• Notify managers when a building needs major repairs
Employment requirements:
• Education-No specific education is required.
• Experience-On job training will be provided.

Work Location: Multiple Locations in Lower Mainland
