Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week
Wage: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

 Prepare and cook various types of Korean and Japanese hot food such as tempura, noodle, teriyaki, katsu, bibimbob and etc.
 Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
 Cook food according to recipes.
 Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.
 Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
