Administrative Assistant

Our well-established and renowned Hazoor Singh Transport Inc., located at 15352 Hurontario Street, Caledon, ON L7C 2C3, is looking for one permanent full-time 35 hours per week Administrative Assistant to help us with our day-to-day office work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to transportation metrics, performance, and efficiency.
• Support the billing process by verifying delivery details, confirming services rendered, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and working with the Accountant to process invoices.
• Act as a liaison between drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
• Provide support to customers and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Distribute information to team members and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 Years of relevant work experience.

Remuneration:
• $25.25 per hour for 35 hours per week permanent contract
