Beyond Basics Concrete Ltd is looking for five (5) Full-Time Concrete Finisher Helper (NOC 75110-5)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $24.00 to $28.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
• Mix, pour and spread materials
• Assist heavy equipment operators
• Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints
Job Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Previous construction experience is an asset
• Must be comfortable using construction tools and equipment – bobcats, curbing machine, concrete vibrators, screeds, floats, saws, concrete mixers, grinding machine, jackhammer, drills, compactor
• Language in the workplace is English
