Vadium Security is looking for five (5) Full-Time Security Officer Supervisors (NOC 62029-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $21.50/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of security guards
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Monitor quality and production levels
• As needed, perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or related
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Must have BST 1 Security License or proof of BST 1 Course Completion – or equivalent
• Language in the workplace is English
Benefits:
