Tasks:
Supervise and train staff.
Schedule shifts and maintain adequate staffing levels.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Address customer concerns and complaints.
Manage inventory and control costs.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Monitor expenses and revenue.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Collaborate on menu development.
Promote specials and marketing initiatives.
Ensure adherence to regulations.
Maintain records and Alberta pro serve licenses.
Foster a positive work environment.
Handle emergencies and unexpected situations.
