Required qualification:

• Completion of secondary education
• Must have excellent computer proficiency, MS office, emails, and internet.
• 7 Months to Less than 1 year of experience is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in Day and weekends in fast paced environment.
• Experience in inventory control and dealing with vendors.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.

Job responsibilities:
Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by example.
• Hire, train and supervise all employees.
• Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct devices stock checks, and ensure proper merchandising and product displays in line with company guidelines.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational activities.
• Analyzing daily sales of devices, plans and expense information and developing plans to maximize sales and net profits.
• Ensuring the store visual appeal and chatr brand image are upheld, which involves regular updates to promotional materials, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Record shortages and reject damaged boxes or devices.
• Maintaining a clean and pleasant store environment.

Compensation: Wage $24.10 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week, day shift and weekends may require.
