Hellcrust Pizza is seeking for a Food Service Supervisor on permanent basis to augment our staff. If you are experienced, self motivated team player with great leadership skills, come forward to join our team.
As a Food Service Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
• Supervise and schedule food & beverage servers and other staff members.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant operations and calculate food and labour costs.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage.
• Hire & train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Essential Skills: Able to work in fast paced environment.
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.
Salary: $ 20.00 hourly for 30-40 hours/week
Experience: 1 year of work experience is required.
