Job Description:
Position: Barista
Employer: Serious Coffee Millstream Village
Work Location: #101 – 2401G Millstream Rd, Victoria, BC V9B 3R5
Business Address: Same as above
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $16.75 per hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Service customers and take orders.
– Receive and process customer payments.
– Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and beverages.
– Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
– Describe menu items and suggest products to customers.
– Order, Receive and distribute stock supplies.

Job Requirements:
– Education: No formal education is required, but completion of the barista course is considered a strong asset.
– Experience: Experience in related field is an asset. On-the-job training is provided
