Job Description:
– Position: Human resources manager

– Wage: $57.69 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Plan, implement, and evaluate human resources and personnel departments
– Address and develop an organization’s human resources requirements and policies.
– Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
– Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, and training programs.
– Organize and conduct employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits, and compensation.
– Maintain pay plan and human resource records.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in the human resources field is required.
