Job Description

Job Duties:
• Greet customers in a timely and politely manner, answer customers’ questions and explain the ingredients in Sushi items and offer recommendations about Sushi products;
• Increase sushi bar sales by actively promoting products;
• Post the latest promotional materials in accordance with company standards
• Display sushi products perfectly according to company standards, and ensure that only the freshest sushi is displayed on the showcase;
• Properly advise and recommend party tray composition with customer’s special needs. Special attention is needed to avoid ingredients in sushi items that may cause customer allergies.
• Estimate and quote price for customized sushi products and party tray;
• Producing, packaging and labeling sushi products in a qualified standard and meet production schedules and timelines:
• Process sushi products shrink;
• Order and receive stock from warehouse in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required;
• Fill in Daily Production and Sales Record Sheet at the end of the day;
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per company requirements.
