Required skills: Establish work schedules and procedures; Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments; Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments; Prepare and submit reports; Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery; Arrange for maintenance and repair work; Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries; Ensure proper functioning of equipment; Maintain work records and logs; Monitor personnel workloads and locations; Organize warehouse and work areas; Perform general office duties; Resolve work related problems; Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units; Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies; Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner; Create, investigate, track and complete work orders; Monitor production progress; Prepare and maintain progress and other reports; Project management; Provide customer service; Train workers in duties and policies; Arrange training for staff; Co-ordinate, assign and review work; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders; Follow-up on issues with work orders; Keep track of shipments; Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization; Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment; Organize and maintain inventory
