Job Description

1.Plan, organize, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
2.Develop and negotiate price with trades to finish each tasks
3.Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
4.Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
5.Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients,suppliers and subcontractors
6.Develop and implement quality control programs
7. Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
8.Direct the purchase of building materials
9.Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
10.Develop and approve tender bid prices to maximize precast opportunities on projects.
11.Negotiate pricing of products and manage supplier relationships.
12.Maintain customer contact as well as oversee the resolution of customer complaints.
13.Assist owners and professional consultants in developing concrete solutions.

Required languages: English

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
