1.Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
2.Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of framing forms for foundation walls and footing.
3.Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
4.Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
5.Assesses safety and finance goals.
6.Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
7.Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
8.Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines,standards, and procedures.

Education level: High school diploma or equivalent

Required skills: 1.Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings 2.Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects 3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 4.Highly organized with strong attention to detail 5.Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines 6.Great time management and problem-solving skills
