Bookkeeper
Position overview:
As an auto dealership bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial health of our dealership. Your role will involve:

Job Responsibilities:
Process daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Payroll processing, calculating employee wages, recording attendance, and ensuring that payroll taxes and deductions
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Prepare various financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assisting with financial professionals to analyze financial data, identify trends
Contribute to process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Education level: College and above

Required skills: Qualifications: College and above in Accounting or related fields Three years of accounting experience Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within an auto dealership or related industry Proficiency in accounting software Strong understanding of financial principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
