Sura Korean BBQ Cuisine is located at #1830-4151 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 4J7. We are currently looking for permanent, full time First Cooks (Korean Foods). If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: First Cook
Wage: CAD$26.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook Korean food items including Korean-BBQs, pancakes and rice cakes, stews and hot pots, set courses, salads and dumplings, rice and noodles, and other Korean traditional dishes;
• Prepare special house sauces;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Assist with chef in planning menus;
• Train other staff with respect to food preparation.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience;
• Korean food cooking experience an asset.
