Job Duties:
– Help check in and out of guests
– Maintain and record inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
– Respond to phone, email, or in-person inquiries about hotel information.
– Organize and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computer.
– Receive payments from guest for service charged.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: No formal experience is required as on job training is provided.
Experience in similar occupation will be an asset.
