Job Description:
– Position: Apprentice Butcher
– Employer: Hannam Supermarket Inc. dba Hannam Supermarket
– Work Location: 4501 North Rd #106, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $23.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Cut, bone, and prepare standard cuts of meat, and poultry.
– Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
– Pack and display meat and poultry.
– Weight meat, and poultry to price label.
– Manage inventory and food storage conditions to be adequate at the required temperature.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: No formal experience is required, but experience is an asset. On job training will be provided.
