Wage: $30.00 to $33.00 hourly (to be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work perday and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate

Job Duties:
1. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
3. Carry out administrative activities of establishment
4. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
5. Perform data entry
6. Oversee payroll administration
7. Plan and control budget and expenditures

Education:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience and specialization:
– 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience
