Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Maintain quality control for all food served;
2. Requisition ingredients and supplies based on set par levels
3. Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and order accordingly;
4. Prepare, audit and submit daily cash and machine transaction reports;
5. Oversee and coordinate staff activities who prepare, handle and portion food;
6. Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards;
7. Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs;
8. Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports;
9. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff;
10. Ensure the Company Guest Services policy is practiced in the Restaurant at all times
11. Resolve any issues or complaints presented by our Guests
12. Coach employees in the development of exceptional Guest Service
13. Guest-Staff relations – recruitment; performance reviews; assistance with growth and development; guidance and onsite training; and educating staff on corporate policies and procedures
Supervision: 5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
