Our services include cross-border and local refrigerated trucking, warehousing, specialty freight, and shipping services, all at competitive prices. Since June 2021, we have experienced exponential growth in both our company revenue and the quality of our services and staff. We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Supervisor to spearhead our company’s supply chain management and logistics across Canada. Preference will be given to those who specialize in the above with abundant work experience under a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
• Oversee and guide a team of clerks responsible for a range of tasks including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and establishing work schedules and procedures.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety, security, and regulatory standards, actively contributing to the enhancement of these protocols.
• Address and resolve operational challenges, customer complaints, and implement effective corrective measures and process optimizations.
• Provide comprehensive training to team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
• Oversee the functioning of computer systems, machinery, and equipment, coordinating necessary maintenance and repair work.
• Regularly review team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance. As needed, undertake responsibilities similar to those of the team to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on various operational aspects, providing insights into performance, challenges, and progress.

Required languages: English

Education level: Bachelor's degree

Required skills: Minimum 5 years in supply chain management and logistics • Efficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook • Dispatch management service software • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
