Start Date: ASAP
Number Of Openings: 2
Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% vacation pay or 10 paid holidays per year.

Job Duties:
• Preparing all types of Japanese cuisine, such as sushi, rolls and sashimi etc.
• Order food, Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and
functionality.
• Supervise food requirements and may estimate food and fresh ingredients.
• Determined menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
• Creating an appealing presentation and garnishes.
• Designing new types of sushi rolls.
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
• Training and motivating cook staff.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Over 2~3 years of experience in this field OR three-year apprenticeship
program for cooks or completion of college or other programs in culinary or food safety.
