Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Wage: $16.75 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Benefit: 4% gross salary + meal provided
Hours of work: 30- 40 hours per week.

Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete hot food meals such as Tempura, Udon, Teriyaki, donburi, etc.
– Complete Japanese hot foods in various utensils or grillers, including deep fryer, stir fry dishes, etc.
– Manage kitchen operations.
– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food such as vegetables, noodles for udon, ramen, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school; AND
Experience: Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs
OR 1-2 years of experience in cooking is required.
