Salary: $23.00 / hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum of seven months of experience as a Retail Store Supervisor is required.

Tasks
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize payments by cheque
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandize
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandize
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
