Job Description:

WeSolve Business Hub Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As the CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of financial expertise and strategic vision to lead our finance function.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage and optimize capital structure, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and support overall business goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
Assess and mitigate financial risks, fostering a culture of prudent financial management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
