Cook position: Thaï Express has the goal of bringing Thai food to North America and make it more accessible. Our unique appeal is rooted in refining traditional Thaï cuisine and combining it with new-world designs, concepts and flavors. It is our belief that great food can only be made from the finest and freshest ingredients.
This position is at Thaï Express, Vancouver. Location: FC04, 200 Burrard Street, Vancouver, V6C 3L6.

Position Title: Cook NOC/TEER 63200
Terms of Employment:
· Full- time – Permanent position
· Wage: $18 per hour, for 40 hours per week.
·Position Available: 1
Main Duties:
· Consistently prepare ingredients,
· Processes raw goods, ensures proper storage and handling of food,
· Correctly prepares foods according to recipes and or instruction,
· May assist in supervising kitchen helpers, as needed,
· Record and report supplies needed in the kitchen,
· Able to run various pieces of kitchen equipment,
· Prepare items to meet daily requests and prepare support items as required,
· Clean the kitchen area, and
· Must abide by all kitchen rules, schedules, and health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Skill / Experience Requirements:
FOODSAFE certificate is an asset.
Education – Completion of Secondary (High) School.
Work – 6 months of experience as a Cook.
Language – Must have good English communication Skills.
