Description:
Our well-established Monsoon Curry Restaurant & Bar Ltd., located in Vancouver, British Columbia is looking for a Food Service Supervisor (NOC-62020) to supervise the kitchen and front staff.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule kitchen and serving staff
• Order inventory and other ingredients needed for meal preparation
• Prepare work procedures for all staff
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, repair expenses and wastage costs
• Train staff about sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain quality standards in food preparation and serving
• Participate in hiring and training of servers

Requirements:
• Secondary education is required
• 2 years of experience as a server is required

Remuneration: $19 per hour
