We are looking to hire an Administrative Officer to join our team and lead all aspects of the store. Your major job responsibilities are outlined below but will not be just limited to:

• Review existing administrative procedures and evaluate areas that need improvement.
• Introduce innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflow.
• Plan and control the budget, monitoring expenditures to align with financial objectives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and professionalism.
• Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
• Establish and enforce work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and meeting deadlines.
• Execute a broad range of administrative activities, from record-keeping to document management, to facilitate smooth operations.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the operating budget, exercise control over expenditures, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls for financial sustainability.
• Compile, analyze, and organize data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Conduct accurate and timely data entry, ensuring the integrity and security of information in administrative systems.
• Oversee and coordinate overall office administrative procedures, streamlining processes for optimal functionality.
• Take charge of payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration within the administrative team and across departments to foster a cohesive work environment.
