We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of the store. Your major job responsibilities are outlined below but will not be just limited to:

• Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Deliver exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and handle complaints.
• Track daily expenses and revenues and minimize operational costs.
• Oversee and schedule restaurant staff for daily shifts.
• Hire and train new staff for daily tasks and familiarize new employees with company practices.
• Prepare payroll and maintain all relevant employee records.
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitization standards.
• Track stock level of foods, supplies, and equipment, and oversee ordering as necessary.
• Execute local store marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
• Making necessary improvements in business operations and developing the restaurant.

Previous experience in food supervision is preferred.
