Wage: $26.11 per Hour
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Employment Term: Full-time, Permanent
Benefit: 4% gross salary
Extended Health Plan after 3 months of probation period

Job Duties:
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, which provide a snapshot of the clients’ financial health and performance.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills.
• Ensure that the clients are in compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and that all tax payments and filings are made on time.
• Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents for clients

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or completion of
two years of a recognized professional accounting program or courses in accounting or bookkeeping
OR,
At least ONE-TWO years of experience in related field is required.
