Job Description:

Job Title: Line Cook

Wage: $17.62 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Number of work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay per paycheque

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete menu items such as sauces, salads, Panini, pasta, soups, risotto etc., while working clean and keeping organized.
– Maintain inventory and record of food and properly portion all food items before cooking.
– Prep, assemble and cook all food products to Anton’s pasta recipe guidelines and health code specification.
– Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all times.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 1- 2 years of commercial cooking experience OR Completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
