We’re looking for a Manager, Finance Technology who would lead a team of Finance Technology Analysts and the day-to-day functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology, as well as other insurance technology, such as Guidewire, legacy applications and the ongoing maintenance, testing, evaluation, and usability of the platforms. The Manager, Finance Technology would liaise with business partners to seek opportunities to utilize technology to support key business processes and inform data-driven decisions through process changes, reports, and insights.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business and eight years’ experience comprised of four years leadership and four years’ experience in accounting or finance management, supplemented with experience in software support and data.
