Sunset market and floral retail shop is serving community in Victoria, British Columbia. Along with being a convenient store, sunset market and floral is very passionate about flowers and devoted to bringing happiness through floral arrangements. To better serve our clients, we are looking to hire 2 Retail store supervisors for our shop who can perform following duties:
• Establish work schedules and assign sales workers to duties.
• Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Prepare reports on sale volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
