Job Description

· Develops a strong team of colleagues through effective leadership

· Proactively addressing any day-to-day operational concerns and determining appropriate solutions

· Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program.

· Adhere to all environmental policies and programs.

· Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

· Daily cleaning service of the guest rooms for arrivals and stay-overs.

· Ensure that any lost and found items are handled according to our Lost and Found Policy.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Housekeeping storage areas on the guest floors.

· Maintain cleanliness of the corridors on the guest floors.

Required languages: English

Education level: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma
